Maintenance Includes:

• Check condenser coil for obstruction causing airflow issues and aluminum fin degradation

• Check evaporator coil for airflow obstruction (ex.; plugged with dirt) causing poor system performance

• Check refrigerant operating pressures and measure subcooling and superheat

• Check thermostat calibration

• Check electrical connections for looseness and hotspots

• Check motor amp ratings

• Vacuum & chemically clean condensate drain line

• Replace filter (supplied by customer)

• Check compressor starting capabilities 

• Check heater (pre winter checkup)

• Check air temperature differentials

• Check blower components

• Test float switches

• Check txv (thermostatic expansion valve) if applicable
